DOMESTIC VIOLENCE RESTRAINING ORDER(DVRO)

Domestic Violence Restraining Orders (DVRO's) are serious business. â€‹It is relatively easy to file for a temporary DVRO, but not to permanently obtain one, and definitely not to defend against one.

An initial DVRO, if granted, is good for (21) days. Subsequently, and this is where things get hard, a full TRIAL will be held to determine whether the DVRO bill become permanent. This has serious consequences such as your information being placed into the California Law Enforcement Telecommunication System (CLETS), which will show-up during background checks and license plate runs.

To be successful in obtaining or defending against a DVRO, you need our SMART and AGGRESSIVE legal representation. Our award-winning attorneys have a stellar track record of winning these cases and a proven system to help you prevail.
