01.26.2021 Update from attorney Rocky Elkaddoum regarding COVID-19:

Dear Clients and Potential Clients,

Hang in there. Court conditions, including hearings dates, trial dates, and filing times are all improving.

Currently, all Family Law matters, with the exception of matters set for final trial that do not pertain to domestic violence, are being regularly scheduled. So what does this mean for you? Well, this means that you do not have to worry about lengthy delays with your case or filings.

So what is different? The courts are still practicing social distancing inside the courthouse and courtrooms, and face-masks are mandatory. Additionally, some courtrooms will only permit the litigants inside, meaning your friends or family that are not witnesses will not be allowed in.

As always, my staff and I are here to help you get through these tough times. Most importantly, we have the resources to help you achieve your goals.

Till next time,

Sincerely

- Rocky Elkaddoum, C.E.O. And Managing Attorney

Law Offices of Rocky Elkaddoum, A Professional Corporation.
